The Valeton Tube Engine is based on the legendary Tube Screamer overdrive pedal and utilizes a JRC 4558 chip for original tasty tube overdriven tone with a 100% analogue signal path. It's the perfect choice for adding smooth, tube-like overdrive to any clean amp, pushing out a warm, creamy, organic overdrive tone.
The pedal has a True Bypass footswitch for crystal-clear tone, has 2 Band EQ for flexible tone shaping and 4 easy-to-read, readily accessible knobs. The Tube Engine is housed in an aluminium-alloy Die Cast case to withstand wear and tear and has a heavy-duty metal footswitch with on/off status LED.
