The 808 cymbal drone generator uses 6 fixed frequency square wave oscillators. The oscillator frequency came from the cluster oscillator circuit used in the TR808 drum machine for creating cymbal sound, in fact these are the harmonic frequencies of the sounds of metal plate. Each oscillator has a volume pot, and a 12 db low pass resonant filter - the filter cut-off can be controlled by the potentiometer or CV.
If you decide an equipment item is not suitable within 10 days of delivery, you can return it to us for a replacement or refund. Returns must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
