The TRAX is a compact 6 HP Eurorack module that manages to combine the best elements of classic sequencers mixed with some amazing new features. It offers a wide range of possibilities from traditional to the more experimental algorithmic type sequencing.
With unique new features like Evolve, once you enter a pattern or two, the TRAX is able to compare the patterns and generate numerous related patterns instantly for you to access. In addition, the Remix feature will provide 256 variations of each pattern entered.
The TRAX features a Trigger Output, 2 CV Outputs, and an Analog Clock Input that doubles as an Output when reconfigured. Combine the TRAX module with the new MIDI BUS module to control TRAX with a MIDI Clock, send TRAX MIDI Input, or even send MIDI Note Output from the TRAX!
Each Trigger and CV part have their own parameters to control playback type, direction, remix, evolve, phi, randomize, copy/paste, offset, loop steps, loop bars, and a regeneration loop point for evolve and phi modes. And our unique CV Links feature allows any or all of these parameters to be used independently, or instead follow the Rhythm part's parameter values to behave more like traditional sequencers.
A host of Global features provide playback, sync, tempo control, swing, mute, fills, rec type, independent CV output quantization to 29 different scales, MIDI, MIDI to CV conversion, and screensaver.
